Buying Policy

Currently we have a tremendous amount of inventory and I can only consider buying specific items.

I am always willing to look at vintage clothing you might want to sell.  I buy outright and almost never do consignment.  All items must be in good vintage condition, working zippers, no large stains, rips, or other things that render the garment unwearable. Please keep in mind I do have to buy low in order to make any profit. The difference you see between the offer I make you and the store price is not all profit. I pay for permits, licenses, garbage pickup, phone, electricity, heat, bags and wrapping paper, office supplies, expensive advertising,  etc, etc., etc. Lots of weeks my paycheck consists of a vintage dress, 2 pairs of shoes and a couple pieces of jewelry. I don’t have any guarantee any item will sell and sometimes have to discount and mark things down. Thanks for understanding.

The brick and mortar store shop is no longer open (after August 14th, 2010) so you will need to call or email me for an appointment.  If it’s too much to bring all then bring a representative sample and we’ll discuss arrangements to view the rest.

Please note that in order to keep accurate records of purchases I will need to record your name and contact information and verify against your government issued ID. Payment is generally by company check.
