Well, my friend and vintage tracker extrordinaire, Julie, has done it again!
I needed some more gloves in stock in all different colors, sizes and styles. Lately, I’ve been finding them one at a time and usually not colors.
After casually mentioning she had some gloves to show me she shows up with a couple hundred pairs!
Of course I bought them all and my customers are going to love them. Beautiful shades of pinks, mauves, reds, browns, yellows, orange, blues, corals, violet, purples and of couse many whites, creams, ivories and black and navy.
From all eras, from Edwardian thrugh the 60’s. Kid leather, crochet, lace, cotton, wool, you name it. Lots of different sizes and lengths. Also a huge variety of trims, from lace, buttons, rhinestones, embroidery, etc.
I sold 3 pairs already this morning to Roxie of the Red Hatters for her various crafts and art projects. (in red and purple of course!) Plus she and her daughter put together a fab 40’s outfit for Roxie’s granddaughter, including shoes, hat, dress and gloves, for a swing dance. I will be anxiously a waiting pics of this to post here. She looked absolutely adorable and very classy!!
Anyhow if you need gloves, I got em’! I even picked out a few interesting pairs for my own collection since they were a larger size that actually fit me. Will post those pics in a few weeks after the dance. I got to remember to take more pics in the shop when people try things on!
