New 40′s and 50′s dresses

Peach dressToday was such a fun day at the shop.

The commute is great (I live above the store) , snacks are handy and I can keep an eye on Ziggy, my bichon puppy, and Ozzie, my ginormous black cat.

I sold lots of costume jewelry, linens, a purse, and various cards.

Blue DressesThe best part of the day was when a lovely lady walked in with vintage dresses to sell!   She was into vintage big time for awhile but has decided it’s time to move on.

Many have tried to break the addiction but few have resisted the allure of vintage!

 

I did purchase almost everything she had , and It’s all very cute 40′s and 50′s, 60′s and one wild 70′s dress with a collar so long and pointy you could put an eye out! Plus a few purses and jackets.

Time to close the shop soon, I’m exhausted but happy.   I actually sold more than I bought today!

Tonight I plan to post lots of pictures of some great inventory!
